How does Robbie suggest we look within? When I try to meditate 1 of 2 things happen... 1. nothing 2. sleep What else can I do?

Let me give a bit more insight for this...It is much easier to assume then it is to take action in any circumstance when we deal with spiritualism. People create barriers that "oppress" any good intention whatsoever that would lead them to a higher level of learning. It comes down to the very essence of letting go of "I can't" and open up more so to the fact that moving forward and listening attentively to what comes from your heart of hearts your ...soul, is the absolute in directives. In order to be a "good" teacher first one must be a "great" listener, we all are students in the realm of spirit, it is how you perceive your ability that you will actually learn. Take hold of this opportunity to explore more then "meditation" but reach inward feel what makes you yearn for the purpose of good, the light of everything is and has been placed within you from God. It comes down to doing more then well wishing an individual, it comes down to acceptance of who you are where you come from and knowing humbly that there is nothing more then God who gave you everything.

 

Truth...Compassion...Faith...Understanding, the four cornerstones of spirituality; these are the foundation from which all is possible and the key to open the door is "acceptance". You know when you meditate you do it on a regular basis throughout the day...day dreaming, listening to music, watching television, reading a book...anything to take you away from the then and now and relaxing your mindset becoming one with something other then your natural every moment of thought. We want to focus on the looking within in a different aspect, reaching inward finding what you really know to be the truth. You can not fool your soul, for your soul is ever truth! This means all that you are is simplistic in this manner, you only need to know the four cornerstones of realism in spiritualism and you shall be set free. There is no masked character when it comes to you and your soul and the one ness of spirit, being totally accepting and open to everything in life and what it has to offer in the very day you live transcends the ultimate in reaching within your inner self and finding purpose. Seeking the knowledge of more in the way of spirit is the actual drive we all obtain when we are given birth to this life, it is yours to have, all you have to do is reach inward to everything that blossoms and gives the "rite" of you. There is no hidden agenda's, trickery, nor secret code to what is pure of heart and from God, you Julie hold the key to open the door and break the barriers that hold one back from obtaining what they seek. It's the truth of the matter we create what we live, everything in life starts with us and ends with us everything in between has purpose for "we" are the keepers of our own realm of spirit. Take the opportunity to explore and find you within, truly listen and become the student then the teacher that you wish to be...
